Massage practice, lash studio or solo beautician without processing times: a simple scheduler is often enough here. As soon as several staff members, treatment rooms or colour treatments come into play, it gets tight.
Free plans usually cover one person or a fixed number of bookings (TIMIFY: one resource, SimplyBook: 50 bookings, Setmore: four users). Check at what point you start paying.
Most schedulers bill in euros or dollars and store data in Germany or the USA. Setmore and Acuity have no German admin interface.

For a single calendar with fixed appointment lengths, yes. But Calendly has no treatment rooms, no processing times, no POS and stores data in the USA; payments are not possible in CHF.
